2. Work time: . 8:30-12:00 13:30-17:00, Mon.-Fri.
3. Benefits:
Salary：25,000-27,000 rmb/m before tax,
Housing: 4,000 rmb/m for housing allowance,

Role of the English Teacher :
1. Take one on one or small group Montessori classes during the mornings or guide kids during their Montessori working hours;
2. Making teaching materials ;
3. Write monthly teaching report ;
4. Teach a new English song once a week;
5.Take two English classes during the afternoons with two age groups(per classes lasts for about 30-45mins);
6. Changing monthly theme;
7. Attend parents- school workshops and conferences( 2 times per semester).
8. Class size: 10-=15 kids

Applicants must be English native speakers, with at least 2 years' 3-6 years old kids teaching experience OR major in Pre-school education.
