[Responsibilities]
- Conduct homeroom teaching for children aged 0-6
- Prepare interactive lesson plans and teaching materials
- Create a safe and engaging English learning environment
- Participate in kindergarten teaching activities and parent communication
- Manage homeroom team (2-3 Chinese teaching assistants)

[Requirements]
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- *Eligible for English / kindergarten teaching work permit
- Experience in early childhood education preferred
- Passionate about working with young children
- *IB / Montessori curriculum experience is a plus
- Skilled in teaching English by age and level
- *Accountable for teaching results
- *High level of cooperation and teamwork
