Job Description
1. Make weekly, monthly and semester schedule based on teaching context and different age level.
2. Follow up kids’ study process, help to correct their homework.
3. Make evaluation for kids at the end of semester.
4. Meeting with parents, teachers to communicate kids’ status when it’s needed.
5. Active to attend necessary meetings, such as foreign teaching academy workshop, faculty employees meeting etc.
6. Complete the other works assigned by kindergarten.
7. Active to attend activities arranged by kindergarten.

Employer Description
This Kindergarten is a full-time kindergarten loactaed in Hefei. Development-oriented and based on a new curriculum after the second curriculum reform in Shanghai, the Kindergarten integrates Chinese and foreign cultures and puts in practice a multicultural curriculum. Respecting the rules of early childhood development, the Kindergarten develops developmental courses and specific courses that meet the interests and needs of young children, pays attention to the harmonious development of children’s cognition, emotions and abilities, and lays a good foundation for the future development of young children.

Benefits
1. Monthly Salary of 17000-25000RMB monthly before tax. (12 months full salary)
2. Housing: Studio or 3000RMB housing allowance paid to teachers that can rent apartment in neighborhood.
3. Maximum 10000RMB per year flight allowance.
4. Breakfast and lunch are provided on working days

Qualifications
1. Native English Speaker.
2. Bachelor's degree or above.
3. Have TEFL certificate.
4. At least 2 years teaching experience in Kindergarten.
5. Can provide at least one recommendation letter from previous employer.
