Job Description
We’re a big education group founded in 2008 and has successfully opened more than ten kindergartens across Jiangsu. We’re hiring now! Kindergarten locates at Pukou district, Nanjing, it covers an area of 5200 square meters, with 334 children in the whole garden. The building area is 3280 square meters, the green area is 1000 square meters, and the outdoor activity area is 2200 square meters.
Features: Chinese studies, reading, Montessori, English, football, scooter, taekwondo... With "festival activities" as the main line, we will penetrate love education into the
hearts of children, use virtue as beauty, use beauty to shape virtue, face the world, and cultivate the future.
Requirements:
1) Candidates from English native speaking country(US,UK,IRE, CAN,AUS etc)
2) Passion for children's education and child development.
3) Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
4) No criminal record.
5) Teaching experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
6) Eligible for a work z visa
7) On board time:Feb 2024
Working Conditions &Benefits:
1)Monday to Friday Morning Session: 08:30 AM - 11:30 AM/ Afternoon Session:01:30 PM - 05:30 PM, 4 or 5 teaching hours per day.
2)Class Size: Average class size is around 20 students, and you will have two teaching
assistants (TAs) and one children-care worker in each classroom to assist with student management.
3)Salary range: 16,000 - 20,000 RMB depends on qualification.
4)Flight subsidy: 5,000 RMB.
5)Visa document reimbursement: 5,000 RMB.
6)Hotel reimbursement upon arrival, before moving to the apartment.
7)Contract duration: 1 -2years(optional), with a contract renewal bonus of 5,000RMB.
8) Full salary during public holidays; partial salary during winter and summer breaks.
9) Full services provided by MGTS, including assistance with visa processing, bank account setup, apartment search, visa support,and daily life support etc.
10)A well-structured curriculum system and the stability of an established educational group charged by education bureau.
11) Comprehensive Training: Chinese culture, practical living tips in China, and effective teaching techniques.
