·         Response for production wafer level testing (Know Good Die), wafer Cherry Pick.

·         New Device/products early involvement from qualification/LVM/HVM

·         Program checkout and maintenance for production products

·         EFA & data analysis for yield enhancement and test time optimization for mature & new products

·         Test flow development and continue improvement to meet new test requirements

·         Engineering investigation and resolution on test/process issues

·         Collaboration across multiple departments such as PE, DEV, PKG and Design team

·       Bachelor’s degree or above in related field e.g. Electric Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science. 

·       Able to use English at a working proficiency level, good communication skills with internal or external partners, customers and vendors is required. 

·       Experience of code development in any coding language in university. 

·       Pro-active with a CAN-DO attitude, able to accept new knowledge in a short time. 

·       Strong sense on team work, customer orientation, quality and discipline is highly preferred. 

·       Able to deliver and meet schedules. 

·       Evidence of strong character with integrity, honesty, accountability and trust. 

·       Experience with Java, C/C++ or Python code development is a good plus. 

·       Knowledge of testing methodology, DFT and DOE is a good plus. 

Knowledge of semiconductor industry or memory is a good plus
