Plan a program that helps each student achieve learning objectives and curriculum goals
• prepare lesson materials and resources appropriate to the students and learning
activities
• utilize games, music, books, art, technology and other resources to teach basic skills and foster student development
• be aware of different learning styles and try to reach each student in the way he learns best
• Assess children’s performance and progress to ensure they are mastering the skills on regular basis
• Monitor children’s interactions and nurture cooperation and sharing
• instruct children on personal hygiene practices and self-care

Working hours and Daily Teaching Hours
8:30–9:00 Arrival Prep time
9:00–12:00 Class time Teaching hours
12:00–14:30 Lunch break,Prep time, Meeting time
14:30–15:30 Class time Teaching hour
16:00–17:00 EP, Teaching hour, Prep time

Pay Scale
Monthly Salary 19,900 CNY (Before tax) ➕ Housing Allowance➕ Performance Bonus
（Xiamen Local Minimum Wage 2,100 CNY）

In total 20,000- 25,000 CNY
