JOB PUPROSE:
We're looking for a KOL MANAGER to join our team.
This person will play a lead role in casting creators, influencers and talents for complex campaigns, and be the main point of contact within the casting talents.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and update our roster of talent;
- Research and cast excellent and diverse talent including creators and influencers;
- Build and manage relationships with the creators and influencers;
- Contribute to the creative process with creative production solutions
- Work closely with the Creative Planner to ensure that the creative vision is achieved

SKILLS AND PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Experience casting campaigns for social media
- Strong communication skills
- Familiar with short video platforms ,and understand short video and live streaming ecology
- Proficient in Chinese and English
