Job Description
About the position
We are looking for an independent and ambitious Sales Director to understand potential customers’ needs and offer the right PARKLU solutions. Eligible candidates should understand how to convert leads into clients. We em-power our Sales Team members with opportunities to lead, make data driven decisions, and operate the way each individual works best. You will be responsible for developing and executing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans. This position reports to the CMO and is based in Shanghai.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Formulate overarching sales plan and granular strategy to achieve company revenue goals.
- Setup and improve sales operations systems and processes
- Develop business opportunities and cooperations with strategic partners
- Continually analyze the market, customers, competitors to optimize the sales approach and business
- Coordinate resources across departments to optimize the customer experience
- Be a great leader, coach, recruiter, and manager of the Sales Team
Desired Skills and Experience
- Bachelor degree or above in relevant field of learning and industries
- At least 8 years of sales experience, with 4 years team management experience
- A robust personal network of target company contacts
- Proficient in English and Chinese spoken, reading, and written
- Great strategic thinking and business intuition, excellent organizational and planning skills, can execute
- Excellent presence and client-facing polish, negotiation, presentation, and coordination skills
- Confidence and autonomy dealing with C-Level clients
