Job Description
Primary Function Coordinate scheduling and production activities across the area for manufacturing. Lead and facilitate empowered employees to produce required parts to schedules while maintaining high quality standards and departmental efficiency. Investigate and analyze product problem and resolve problem as a TFT member Specific Functions A. Manage Production Plan and relevant resources (Control efficient production plan and skillful direct workforce) B. Assist in adjusting plan of material, customer, and manufacturing for customer on-time deliveries. C. Control labor efficiency and Improve production capacity (manning strategy) D. Deploy EQMS, MESH, ELSS/CIF and other Eaton standards in Shop-floor E. Analyze production performance and improvement (Production workforce, OEE, FTFR, RTY, CONC, Downtime loss and etc) F. Assist Continuous Improvements in the production area to enhance Production capacity, Quality, Safety, OTD, Material flow and etc G. Investigate and analyze product problems with other TFT members (A3, RIE, VRK, BPI, Six sigma) H. Assists in new project progress and checks relevant aspects with teams in advance. I. Quality control and checking in process Qualifications •Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering. •5+ years engineering experience in a machining/manufacturing environment. •Supervisory experience of technical personnel for a minimum of 3 years •Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, Error Proofing experience, Assembly automation experience. •English communication skill Eaton is an intelligent power management company dedicated to improving the quality of life and protecting the environment for people everywhere.
