In order to support the continuous growth of our company, we are recruiting a KYC Analyst – Chinese Speaker

The successful candidate will join a motivated and committed team, responsible for the analysis and validation of KYC documents, with a dedicated focus on our Chinese-speaking customers. By bringing own experience, ideas and initiatives, the candidate will also support other team members and contribute to the reinforcement of the cohesiveness of the team.

As a member of the Company’s Compliance team, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting the onboarding of Chinese speaking customers, alone or in conjunction with other team members,
• Follow and comply with internal procedures,
• Ensure appropriate treatment of compliance alerts, escalating when required to the manager/supervisor,
• Interaction with other company areas or departments (mostly: customer support, but also legal and finance)

You should join us if:

• You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role,
• You are organised, self-starter and you like to bring a positive contribution to the team spirit,
• You have an eye for detail, you are willing to learn and to continuously develop your skills,
• You are fluent in Chinese (Mandarin), written and spoken, and have an excellent command of English. Knowledge of French is a strong plus.
