• To develop the technical ability of sales team and promote product focused on design-win projects; 提升销售团队的技术能力，推动产品在客户端的设计应用;
• Provide professional producttrainings and technical support to sales team; 为销售团队提供专业产品培训和日常技术支持工作;
• Provide day to day technical support, in house seminars and technical trainings to customers; 为客户提供技术支持，研讨会和技术培训;
• To deal with quality complaint and assist TQM and PM to provide solutions; 能够处理客户质量投诉，协助品质人员和产品经理提供解决方案;
• Conduct marketing investigation to lead sales team into the profitable market. 进行产品市场调研，为销售团队开拓市场提供支持。

Requirement岗位要求

• Bachelor Degree in Electronics Engineering, mechanical engineering or equivalent; 电子工程、机械工程本科学历，或同等学历者;
• Minimum 2 years working experience in technical support for connectors or relevant components; 至少两年以上的连接器或相关产品产品技术支持工作经验;
• Experiencein PCB assembling process（components soldering） is preferred; 有PCB板元器件焊接组装工艺经验者优先;
• A quicker learner with an analytical mind, be self-motivated and able to work independently; 有较强的学习能力分析能力，为人积极并有独立工作能力;
• Excellent verbal and written communication & presentation skills; 具备优秀的口头和书面的沟通和表达能力;
• Fluently spoken and written English is a must; 需要使用流利的英语听说读写能力;
• Possessing a valid drive license is a plus. 有驾照者优先。
