Responsibilities

• Assist and provide proactive customer relationship management of key accounts in relation to fulfilment, logistics and marketing activity
• Ensure smooth customer workflow and operations through effective coordination with internal departments and external suppliers
• Manage quotations, tenders and contracts
• Support colleagues on marketing activities on ad hoc basis
• Provide KPI management report and regular service performance review to customer and for internal use

Requirements

• Degree Holder, preferably in Logistics, Marketing or related disciplines, with minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in logistics industry is preferred
• A team player with a proactive, service-oriented and passionate attitude, can handle muti-tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail with strong organizational skills, good analytical ability and able to grasp underlying IT processes quickly
• Outstanding written and spoken English communication skills, Cantonese and Mandarin an advantage
