The Role

Here at Royal Canin we are seeking a passionate Key Account Executive to join our Auckland based team. Reporting to the Key Account Lead, this role will see you provide both administrative and analytical support to the Key Account Managers (KAM’s) to allow them to be more efficient, ultimately helping them to achieve business objectives. This is an entry level role providing a fantastic platform from which to create a long-term career with Royal Canin so if you love sales and looking for a career, and not just a job, this could be the role for you. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Support KAMs with the management of day-to-day administration including; promotion submission file maintenance, product submissions and confirmations based on activity and promotional programs;
• Work with the KAMs, Marketing Managers and Category Analyst to embed a periodic promotional review process to provide insights to the business on the efficiency of promotions and Return on Investment (ROI) analysis;
• Ensuring product supply to key accounts is maintained, supporting with the input of forecast uplifts into future master and keying and tracking of rebates and promotional claims from key accounts.

 

What are we looking for?

• Degree qualification preferable;
• Sound computer literacy, specifically Microsoft office (word, excel and PowerPoint);
• Highly organised with an ability to prioritise competing demands;
• Ability to think on your feet and navigate difficult situations;
• High level of initiative/proactive approach.
