• CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Build & maintain good relationships in customer development
- Support & solve arising problems that may affect the customer chain during the implementation of the sales & display process
- Coordinate with related departments to draft & complete procedures for commercial & service agreements
- Manage and update the budget according to the commercial & service agreement in the customer group in charge
- Visiting point of sale, working with main partners (customer chain management, purchasing management, finance...) to propose solutions to improve business cooperation efficiency as required by KAM
- Basic knowledge of sales channel/industry development
- Client management at the direct reporting level
- Collaborate with Marketing, CMM, Finance, Logistic departments to implement short & long-term strategies to develop customer chain
- Negotiate commercial terms & business contracts with customers in charge
- Plan or support KAM to plan to maintain and develop to achieve revenue target on assigned customers
- Follow up the sales report of the customer chain to ensure that the allocated sales target & increased sales when necessary according to the company's goals
- Coordinate with related departments (SUP, OTC, TSC, Log, Customers...) to support debt recovery in the chain of customers in charge.
- Negotiate & carry out procedures to bring nutrition products into the product list at the customer chains in charge
- Proposing KAM to design paid exhibitions & POSM/Trade & Consumer Promotion programs… at the customer chains in charge.

• REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's Degree or Above

Minimum 2 year experience in MT channel in FMCG/healthcare industries, preferred the same experience in the past
