职责描述:

1.1

Consignment Business Model

1. Maintain Counter Business Growth

  • Accelerate LFL counter well growth to achieved yearly sales target
  • To negotiate with key accounts buyers and to improve the counter location
  • Find the right mechanism to help the exist counter to meet the consumer needs in the competitive market
  • Build and think how to make new retail well developed in the WTS counter and take the action to make it happen

2. Coordinate with marketing & key accounts trading/marketing/QA

3. Existing Counter Renew Progress follow up

4. Each cycle DM plan & design confirmation

5. Well manage big podium event in big festival


To check on site the potential key accounts, and negotiate with buyers, to choose the appropriate counter position until the final installation of the counter, to achieve yearly counter expansion number & sales growth% target.


1.2

Purchase Business Model

1. To negotiate with buyers to keep good productivity & good display location

2. Weekly tracking sales for products on shelf

3. Success bidding the OSD promotion for the hero sku to drive the sales increase

4. Create new functional shelf display area for brand to boost shelf business

5. Build and adjust the shelf products assortment to help the brand sales

6. Keep good communication with brand marketing/logistics, in case of out of stock on shelf; kit design & expiry date do not meet the requirement from key accounts.

Direct purchase promotion

1. Align with key accounts to set yearly direct purchase promotion plan

2. Keep good communicate with brand marketing/logistics, to prepare the kits on time in each promotion period

3. Tracking direct purchase sales in each cycle


1.4

Channel on-line & Ali Health management

1. Through creative plan to help the brand products well develop in the WTS & Manning’s on-line business

2. Good at data analysis, blasting, selection, planning, driving sales growth and improving brand performance;

3. Management of products in the platform on the shelf, product / page maintenance, PDP design and marketing activities follow-up;

4. Maintain good communication relationship with buyers and distributor, strive for activity resource position, arrange resource landing and activity execution on-line

5. Establish O2O business model to help the brand business develop

6. Experience in e-commerce, understand the operation mode and operation rules of e-commerce platform


任职要求:


1.At least 7 years of total experience in retail related functions, including a minimum of 5 years at regional or national level with experience in premium, lifestyle, industry (preferably Beauty & Cosmetics, candidates from selective FMCG, fashion & apparel will be also considered).


2.Strong retail business acumen and proven successful track records in managing and optimizing direct retail operations and identifying business opportunities and growing sales productivity.


3. Strong distribution management: distributor, retailer management


4.Ability to: - Enroll, motivate and develop retail sales professionals as a team player.

  • Work closely with field sales staff to ensure good interactions between front-line sales and office retail team.
  • Mature, autonomous, highly organized retail professional and drive for retail implementation and execution excellence.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English are a must.
  • Willing to travel frequently (30%-50%).
