As a Key Account Manager, ABB’s Electrification business is a leading provider of a full range of protection, control and measurement solutions - enabling safer and smarter electricity flow from substation to the point of consumption. We deliver products and systems designed to connect, protect and control electrical systems, ensuring reliability, efficiency and safety for equipment and personnel.
Working within the Sales & Marketing Unit China Product Group/ EL Marketing and Sales Business Line/ Electrification Business, you will be responsible for the development, implementation and management of the account strategy in Shenzhen/China country/NAS region. You will coordinate sales activities, while maintaining a clear focus on increasing market share, profitability and customer satisfaction.

- Become a valued, long-term strategic partner with the customer’s senior executives.
- Leverage ABB’s products and services to help solve the customer’s business issues in order to achieve competitive advantage and grow its bottom line.
- Be the window into ABB for the customer and mobilize ABB through access to both senior ABB management and worldwide resources.
- Assure that all transactions and relationships are carried on with high and unquestionable ethics and integrity.

Your background
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree, major in Power, Automation, Control, or Telecommunication.
- 10+ years of experience in supporting Multiple Products, Customers, Countries, Market Segments, etc.
- Have worked with Huawei before, ideally inside Huawei organization.
- Strong will (to never give up) and drive to win (to never give up).
- Networking capability within Huawei and within ABB is required.
- Experience with customers including sales, problem resolution, relationship building is preferred.
- Understanding of automation and control systems, electrical products and associated technologies, familiar with ABB products from EL and RA is preferred.
- Proven ability to work in a matrixed team environment, must be able to motivate and influence others. Strong business acumen.
- Requires innovative strategic planning skills.
- Ability to negotiate and successfully conclude matters of major importance.
- Ability to act and decide quickly. Self-Driven., frequent travel.
- High level contacts within Huawei is a plus.
- Digital, AI and communication technology experience is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, executive communication, and leadership skills.
- In-depth understanding of the Company's technical and commercial strengths and relationships with markets.
