JOB SUMMARY The development of sales of Allergan products at the assigned group of customer accounts through building and maintaining effective long-term relationship with key senior-level decision makers and influencers. In this capacity, the Account Manager will bear full responsibility for building a plan for its assigned account, as well as for organizing and deploying the appropriate resources within Allergan to drive value co-creation with customers and meet/exceed Allergan revenue targets. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Drive effective account planning & management process by identifying key influencers within the account Builds and maintains effective long-term relationships and a high level of satisfaction with key senior-level decision makers and influencers at an assigned group of customer accounts that may include major strategic customers within a geographic or industry focus Identifies, develops and typically closes new sales opportunities Creates demand for the organization's products and services by raising their profile with customers Achieves revenue targets by increasing revenue spend per account May conduct regular status and strategy meetings with the customer's senior management to understand their needs and link them to the organization's product/service strategies Drive cross-functional alignment on marketing opportunities & initiatives Ensure compliance with appropriate SOP’s and company policies and practices Strive to consistently uphold Allergan core values COMPETENCIES Excellent skills in building relationships Ability to work on your own initiative Proven sales skills Perfect planning and prioritization Excellent communication skills, both written and oral Ability to set high professional standards Self motivation, creativity and innovation Driving license Communicative English skills Qualifications EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE: Experience in the commercial healthcare sector in delivering clinical support to Healthcare practitioners.
