One of REA Group Asia's property tech companies, squarefoot.com.hk is a multimedia real estate platform for real estate agents and property developers. One of the most important bilingual real estate media on the market, we help local and foreigners learn more about real estate in Hong Kong and overseas.

What we're doing

Agent sales team work together with the belief that nothing's out of our reach. We actively manage, up-sell and retain the Agent customer base by developing long-term and enduring relationships with existing customers (Agent). Source new customers (Agent) to increase our market share.

Primary purpose of the position:

  • Nurture the key customer base, ensuring they continually see the value of REA products
  • Take the time to understand your customers - where they operate, what areas they specialize in, what is their market objectives
  • Establish and execute a quarterly key account plan including coverage objectives
  • Achieve revenue targets within defined territory, by identifying new opportunities including new sign-ups, as well as taking advantage of opportunities provided by analytics
  • Monitor listing usage and that adequate number of listings are on our site in comparison to customer and competitor websites
  • Identify and explore opportunities with existing cliente by selling total solutions (including listing, digital and print advertising and bespoke packages) to achieve revenue targets
  • Identify gap fill initiatives to ensure target achievement
  • Develop a systematic approach to the education and training within key franchises
  • Accept responsibility and attend customers’ needs in a timely manner
  • Actively promote the use of Squarefoot services, tools and resources across the key customer base
  • Ensure relevant performance data and analysis reporting is delivered to customers in a timely and convenient manner
  • Share insights learned from corporate relationships to HOS and agent sales team on regular basis
  • Develop standard key messages for BDM’s to adopt, providing new and update information to their customers
  • Work with Database Coordinator to keep a master list of corporate franchises contacts

Who we're looking for

  • Higher Diploma / Associate Degree or above
  • At least 5 years of experience in a corporate sales environment
  • Sales experience in out-bound sales environment, field sales, face-to-face selling, online marketing and account management
  • Computer Skills- MS Office
  • Strong communications and presentation skills
  • Passionate about the industry we serve
  • Result-driven
  • Good in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
