To develop and drive sales of Red Bull products in CVS channel accounts through strategic business partnerships to deliver against our key plans and initiatives. Deliver maximum visibility and availability of Red Bull products and ensure the perfect execution of defined Perfect Store standards. In addition, the KAM will be responsible for the business results (Trade Sales and Trade-Marketing Programs) and Trade Sales development of Red Bull through horizontal growth (numeric distribution) and vertical growth (volume per outlet), brand building activations, basic & perfect store standard set-up and in-store marketing impact (promo execution) to maximize potential off-take in the assigned channels. Currently there are at least 5 accounts the KAM will be responsible and oversee (CVS and PCS Channels).

Key Account Management
Drive turnover and growth across the Red Bull Energy Drink brand.
Demonstrate a thorough 360 degree understanding of the whole account management cycle across all relevant customer functions.
Budgetary control; manage direct budget and indirect sales volume.
Lead and manage the implementation of Red Bull’s commercial strategy at all key customers.
Develop short and mid-term customer strategies in line with the overall national sales policy.
Implement national price strategies and establish the customer pricing accordingly.
Ensure Numeric distribution target fulfillment by channel, account and SKU.
Planning and Analysis
Analyse available data sources (e.g. Nielsen, scanner and customer data) and derive customer’s growth opportunities.
Continuously plan sales forecast and prepare trade spend budget to hit profitability targets.
Develop plans for annual business and effective promotion.
Prepare yearly negotiations (including different scenarios) with focus on Red Bull’s sales drivers and Red Bull’s customer spend strategy.
Produce excellent conceptual selling decks and establish Red Bull as the category leader.
Budget
Manage trade spend budget for assigned accounts.
Ensure utilisation of the budgets are strictly in line with Red Bull guidelines.
Internal and External Planning/ Business Plan/ Coordination
Suggest and present annual/ quarterly/ monthly action plans to ensure sales volume growth on assigned channel/ accounts.
Provide Line Manager with any information requested for business plan preparation and strategic decisions.
Weekly coordination and reporting on work in progress, sales strategy, and key customer activities with Line Manager.
POS and Coolers
Control the achievement of company targets on POS and cooler placement by month and by account.
Instruct/ coordinate Distributor/ Field Sales Agency/ Operations on POS and cooler standards in assigned accounts.
Ensure proper management, utilisation and inventory storage of Red Bull assets/POSM
Your experience includes:
(proven performance in)
4-6 years experience in CG Key Account , ideally in CVS and Hyper. Trade marketing experience a plus.
Able and willing to work in a flat structured, low-bureaucratic company, applying all best practices obtained on previous jobs.
Bring a disciplined, innovative and creative approach to business.
Preferably a strong educational background: numbers, analysis, strategy, innovation, system, structured approach, and marketing. Has commercial awareness and basic understanding of commercial math.
Ability to manage and cultivate good relationships.
Strong selling skills; communication, negotiation and objection handling.
Energetic, credible, agile, self-motivated personality and a team player.
Proficient in English; reading/ writing/ speaking.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
Bachelor degree or equivalent qualification
Proficient in English (verbal & written) and Mandarin
