Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and achieve annual operating plan and net new business growth plan.
  • Drive sales profitable growth with cross functional and segment team.
  • Implement international sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
  • Develop/implement key account management and strategy plan to achieve.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve the key account relationship to meet the goal.
  • Monitor potential opportunities and build/implement sales strategy.


Qualifications And Desired Skills

  • At least 5 years in construction industry for key account management.
  • Strong ownership, coordination skills and communication skill in English.
  • A university degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar is required.
  • Recent experience in the Construction industry is strongly preferred.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with recent driveline & planetary drives & Hydraulic solution experience in Key Account management.
