Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Build and achieve annual operating plan and net new business growth plan.
- Drive sales profitable growth with cross functional and segment team.
- Implement international sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
- Develop/implement key account management and strategy plan to achieve.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the key account relationship to meet the goal.
- Monitor potential opportunities and build/implement sales strategy.
Qualifications And Desired Skills
- At least 5 years in construction industry for key account management.
- Strong ownership, coordination skills and communication skill in English.
- A university degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar is required.
- Recent experience in the Construction industry is strongly preferred.
- Preference will be given to candidates with recent driveline & planetary drives & Hydraulic solution experience in Key Account management.
