THE ROLE:

The Key Account Manager role is the key figure for driving revenue & margin growth within assigned client(s) accounts, additionally the program leader is expected to meet or exceed all business metrics in place for the assigned client(s). Additionally the PL is solely accountable for invoice resolution and aged AR.

We're looking for someone like that to help us by:

• Meeting and exceeding all business measures (Inventory, Revenue, Quality, Margin)
• Secure new customers with annual potential sales
• Partner with GM in leveraging of best practices
• Driving Strategic agenda and business reviews with assigned client
• Own all Contract KPI reporting and performance for the client

• Forecast demand and replenishment of the necessary materials, supplies and equipment for assigned customer accounts including expedited parts while balancing on-time delivery goals, meeting inventory turns goals and minimizing obsolescence.

• Ensure Compliance and Integrity to all local laws and company policies
• Track compliance to all KPI's and lead all get well initiatives
• Serve as escalation point for the client and raise to attention of Market Key Account Manager as appropriate

• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Commerce, Supplier Chain Management
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in SALES of MRO or indirect material products.

• Sourcing engineer and supplier chain management work experience is preferred.
• Ability to balance the price, MOQ and payment term.
• Good skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PPT
• Strong analytical skills and then excellent negotiation skill.
• Fluent English skill to communicate with suppliers.
• Work flow improvement and team work coordinate ability.
• Data analysis and find the problem.
• Independent world-wide sourcing and management experience is mandatory.
• Industrial manufactory project leader experience is preferred.
