Job Details: Key Account Manager

Location: Shanghai

Purpose

Responsible for one or more accounts through multiple stations. Provide inside office coordination and outside sales

Key Accountabilities

• Build up excellent relationships with all accounts as assigned
• Retain all the existing business of the accounts
• Closely follow up market trend and work out new solutions to fit customer expectation
• Develop all these accounts to generate new business for the company
• Take ownership of all the bids, RFQs, RFIs, SOPs, service proposals, business meetings, presentations, system / process training, and money collection related to the accounts with the support from our other teams
• Responsible for a wide range of development projects focusing on improvement of air, ocean and trucking solutions
• Responsible to feed cluster offices with operation process and tools to ensure performance improvement
• Other jobs assigned by line manager

Knowledge, Experience & Skills

1. Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above

2. Experience

• At least 3-5 years working experience in Key Account management function

3. Specialist Knowledge & Skills

• Must read, write and communicate fluently in Mandarin & English
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point

4. Interpersonal & Communication Skills

• Good Communication skills
• Self motivated
• Good adaptability reacts and adjusts positively to various work situations and a flexible approach to resolving challenges
• Ability to expresses ideas clearly and succinctly both verbally and writing, willing participates, listens and seek advices of others, ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers and clients
• Passionate on sales

5. Experience on Supply Chain Management is preferable
