Position Summary

The jobholder is leading the Bose conferencing business in Greater China market. This includes sales strategy, sales management, marketing, partners’ development (distributors and dealers), controlling the sales direction and ensuring the achievement of the sales and business targets.

Job Responsibilities/Deliverable:


  • Set up and execute sales strategy on vertical market segment (conferencing) to hit the annual goal

  • Generating leads and working closely with regional sales force and dealers to close opportunities

  • Working closely with dealers, system integrators, general contractors on conferencing projects

  • Work closely with regional sales force and dealer network to pursue projects and ensure annual target

  • Build good relationship with internal dealers and external designing firms, *** consultants to generate leads

Bring product knowledge and application insight to whole team。


Knowledge and Skill Requirements:


Sales skills and experience in conferencing industry.

Good relationship with conferencing system design firms and *** consultants.

Management skill on dealers.

5-8 year sales experience on large *** / conferencing system projects Acoustics, audio or Electronics \computer education background Fluent English speaking .
