Principal Duties and Responsibilities


Responsible for directing Key account & retail business management of China market mainly for Toys”R”Us, implementing local strategic plans to help meet the sales/marketing objectives; and conducting in planning, developing and executing of business strategies to achieve China growth targets.


Utilizing the shopper behavior research analysis to develop long term strategic business development plan that defines portfolio strategy, pricing strategy, and promotion strategy for direct key customers.

Monitoring and tracking the trends on key retailers, shoppers, customers and category/industry for key account planning. Establishing joint business, managing return-on-investment for key project launch and conducting regular business reviews and analysis with key accounts.


Collaboration with Trade Marketing to drive implementation of promotion programs, implementation of retail space management and delivery of merchandising excellence through on-shelf and off-shelf display.



Experience / Education


? Bachelor Degree in related discipline with at least 5 years of Key Account management experience in consumer goods industry.

? Ability to successfully negotiate about business conditions and oversee all details of concurrently running projects.

? Highly self-motivated. Possessing an ability to drive sales and proven track record of having met and even exceeded business targets.

? Well-developed communication as well as presentation skills. Ability to communicate consumer trends and formulate actionable customer programs through use of data analysis.

? Excellent customer-orientation, account management and relationship building skills.
