We are looking for a highly motivated Key Account Manager, accountable for the sales of the portfolio of Amgen’s products in Estonia.
To be successful in the role it is important that you are goal oriented with a great ability to prioritize and make things happen.
Responsibilities
- accountable to achieve sales target in the district
- To be responsible to plan, implement and follow up the sales activities in the district
- Maximize access of our products to the accounts now and onwards; and bridge any regional access gap
- Ensure customer/payer relationship and positive Amgen image now and in the future
- Disseminates an in-depth knowledge of how retail practices, clinics and hospitals operate the differing roles of stakeholders and their differing needs in relation to the needs of Amgen.
- Anticipates & communicates competitive threats and opportunities. Takes the lead on gathering competitive intelligence.
- Build long term relationships by providing a high level of service and creatively handling customer requests, needs and commitments
- Reports customer activity in the CRM system and ensures customer profiles are kept up-to-date
- Conducts systematic, in depth analysis of problem in order to anticipate in advance the best course of action to improve performance
Required profile
We are looking for a person with several years of experience as Sales Rep, or experience from the health care environment with sales talent. You need to be highly motivated, goal oriented and structured, with a great ability to prioritize and make things happen. It is important to be able to work independently and take own decisions to deliver results. To have a positive open mind attitude and sales skills are also important. Furthermore, our candidate needs to be a good communicator and have good presentation skills with high focus on customers and results. You are also expected to be an agile learner and to consistently seek opportunities for professional and personal development.
Qualifications and profile
- University Degree
- Relevant experience from promoting Pharmaceutical products within Life Science
- 4+ years of experience as Sales Rep or
- Experience from the health care environment with sales talent
- Fluency in English, both in oral and written communication
- Experience of Project Management
Experience with Computer Systems (CRM databases and MS Office)
Fluency in local language
Advanced presentation skills
