Job Description

Major Responsibilities/Activities:

  • To develop EBBS target  customers’ annual Account business master plans and strategies to achieve the set target.
  • To coordinate with regional trade sales team in the management and development of EBBS custom target customers.
  • To well use and monitor the budget.
  • To conduct regular business review meetings with customer and top-management.
  • To well communicate with marketing and trade marketing team for the projects and implementing.
  • To Monitor the development trends and to help identify best practices in EBBS Account operation from own initiative or competitors to improve EBBS management level .

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Industry experiences:

FMCG industry background is preferred

At least 5+ years of experience on KA/Wholesale Chanel or BBS channel

management position

  • Position experiences:

Good planning, data analysis and problem solving skills

Motivation and Coaching skills

Negotiation and presentation skills

Proactive, energetic and customer-oriented

  • Language Skills

Good command of English in both written and oral

  • Computer Skills:

Good command of computer skills in MS  Office
