Job Description
Major Responsibilities/Activities:
- To develop EBBS target customers’ annual Account business master plans and strategies to achieve the set target.
- To coordinate with regional trade sales team in the management and development of EBBS custo target customers.
- To well use and monitor the budget.
- To conduct regular business review meetings with customer and top-management.
- To well communicate with marketing and trade marketing team for the projects and implementing.
- To Monitor the development trends and to help identify best practices in EBBS Account operation from own initiative or competitors to improve EBBS management level .
REQUIREMENTS:
- Industry experiences: FMCG industry background is preferred; At least 5+ years of experience on KA/Wholesale Chanel or BBS channel management position
- Position experiences: Good planning, data analysis and problem solving skills; Motivation and Coaching skills; Negotiation and presentation skills; Proactive, energetic and customer-oriented
- Language Skills: Good command of English in both written and oral
- Computer Skills: Good command of computer skills in MS Office
- Mobility: Willing to travel frequently
