Key Account Manager

Job Description
Bragi is the inventor of TWS back in 2013 and is today delivering key software components for AI headphones. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Key Account Manager to join our team in China. You will be responsible for winning new customers, managing our existing ones, and developing our business with ODM`s, semiconductor companies, and design houses. You will work closely with the headquarter in Europe and other team members to win and develop business with the biggest brands and players in the industry.

This is a remote role based in Shenzhen, China

What you will do

-Work with the sales manager and CEO to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and close as well as implement business development initiatives to expand sales with domestic and overseas brands
-Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers, and partners (ODM´s, IDH, Semiconductor companies, and brands)
-Understand the needs and preferences of customers
-Manage and monitor customer accounts, ensure customer satisfaction, and handle complaints and feedback
-Prepare and deliver sales presentations, reports, and proposals
-Work independently and as part of a team, and report to the sales manager on a regular basis
-Travel frequently within mainly Dongguan, China, and occasionally to other countries

What you will need

-You love to sell
-You have a good technical understanding of what it takes to build a headphone
-You have experience in sales within the headphone value chain (ODM, IDH, semiconductor company)
-Good English skills (you will frequently communicate with HQ)
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and report to the management
-Self-driven, pragmatic, problem solver
-Positive attitude, solution-oriented approach, high cultural sensitivity, and ability to think in other people’s shoes
