Power Management and Multimarket
The Power Management and Multimarket Division focuses on components for efficient power management and high-frequency applications. The components are mainly used in consumer products such as TVs, gaming and mobile devices as well as computer servers.
In your new role you will:
- Understand the company's products/applications, process/policies and organization
- Develop account strategy and plan with alignment with management and product lines for the designated accounts
- Cooperate with the account team to implement the defined account strategy and plan
- Responsible for sales revenue and design win targets at the designated accounts
- Coordinate all activities at the accounts and related biz partners
- Prospect for sales opportunities at the accounts
- Qualify biz opportunities and align with management and related marketing to decide whether or not to pursue
- Identify key persons who decide or have significant influence on component decisions
- Build up and maintain relationship with the key persons
- Obtain meetings with key persons and prepare for sales calls
- Discover key persons' task needs and personal needs and relate the company's products/services benefits to the needs by performing sales presentation
- Provide the company with in-depth understanding of the accounts and competition by collecting and analyzing relevant intelligences
- Win and consolidate the company's resources to support the account development thru internal alignment
- Provide sales forecast and ensure order fulfillment
- Manage account receivable
- Submit required reports on time
- You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- University degree and above with major in Electronics, Engineering or Electronic Engineering
- 5+ years of professional experience in sales with key account manager/sales background (e.g. Huawei, ZTE)
- With FAE background is preferred
- Thorough understanding of processes and structured approach in a multinational work environment
- Good technical understanding
- Good team player
- Good communication skills
- Good written and spoken English
- Knowledge of Telecom Power and Server Power are preferred
