Business Implementation & Maintenance
? Lead the whole process of implementation once new business is awarded, including contract landing, design
SOP, set up origin/ destination operation teams with following training until its successfully kick-off.
? Leverage resources & take the lead of multiple parties’ coordination regarding irregular issues so as to
ensure transportation smooth & under control.
? Monitor on time delivery performance (also other KPIs as requested) and provide related improved solutions.
? Hold quarterly or monthly business review meetings with customers to build up healthy relationship
with customers.
? Closely watch AR status and minimize the risk together with Finance team.
New Business development & hunting.
Jointly work with regional/global key account managements to hunter for new business by joining the bidding, rates
collection & negotiation and target will be set up align with company policy
Key Responsibilities
Act as the dedicated representative to the agreed customer base across all offered services.
O Establish and deliver targets based on agreed account plans.
O Maintain + develop close, direct and personal relations with allocated Key Account(s)
O Conducts selling activities in accordance with company Key Account Program guidelines.
O Responsible to lead the preparation and delivering Business Reviews/QBR with customers
O Responsible for the success of continuous contract renewal with favourable Pricing and Terms
O Work with operation team to resolve customer-related issues, and be responsible for business and
profitability growth
O Work closely with the counterparts on customer side, those may include procurement, project
management, strategy or other middle management teamsFacilitate dialog between customer top
management team and TOLL senior management as well as follow up the discussion results
O Provide regular updates to senior management on customers’ initiatives, strategies, etc for their
strategic direction and development
O On top of retaining existing business, grow business organically plus hunting for new business with GP
target to be set up.
