Your Role
To develop different sales strategies and formulate action plans to drive sales growth and develop business opportunities in the market
To identify new potential market segments/opportunities in Building Management System (BMS) business, for example the trends in intelligent IoT platform for effective and efficient building management system
To manage all BMS product distribution channels in Hong Kong, Taiwan, South Korea and Japan
To build and strengthen the partnership with local distributors and dealers for sustainable business growth in BMS product and solution application
To liaise with factory on market needs on product /solution application, deployment and development
To work closely with local project teams to ensure all products / solutions are delivered well to customers' satisfaction
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering or other related engineering disciplines
With at least 8 years' relevant sales management experience, with Building Management System background is highly preferred
Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
Ambitious, detail-oriented with excellent communication and presentation skills
Independent, self-motivated, and analytical with good business acumen
Less experience will be considered as Assistant Key Account Manager
Regular travel is expected
