In this evolving marketspace the applicant should be comfortable in uncovering & processing information from range of sources to help Eaton and our partners seek out opportunities for growth. You should have experience of transforming partner relationships by demonstarting how you help partners understand the offer and support the needs of markets they are managing, bringing these to successful outcomes. You will have demonstrable expeience of delivering end to end campaigns from creation though to measurement of effectiveness and indentification of areas for improvement. You should be capable of achieving goals through deploying remote/virtual selling tactics and will have an excellent understanding of e-commerce selling and platforms.This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, matched to a clear understanding of strategy and our channel customer needs. The successful candidate will have a high degree of understanding and operating within digital channels, trading online. This is an exciting role to help Eaton evolve our sales approach from a classical to a digital sales approach in our Industrial Controls business. Your main duties : You will be interface between our Key Account customers in order to facilitate the setup and the follow-up from content, data, sales and marketing perspective You will be responsible for implementing an account plan to achieve the sales quota for the Key Accounts. You will need to manage and develop existing pipeline whilst also developing new opportunities through both sales activities and new product introductions. You will need to setup forecasting between Key Accounts and our supply chain and will be agile to adapt permanently to the demands faced You will have to plan, setup and follow marketing action plans in collaboration with central team – Marketing digital capabilities is an important added-value (SEO, keywords, etc…) You will have to develop a complete network across the Key Accounts to be able to manage and monitor a complete eco-system You will have to develop a B2B etail approach in accordance with our digital/online Channel strategy having data management skills is an added value to be able to manage and follow content for etailers which is critical part for sales You will have to apply pricing policy in agreement with central team and local objectives You will need to build strong relationships with the Industrial Control and Automation, Marketing and Central teams whilst also improving relationships with backoffice support functions. You will need to attend Eaton and customer events and trade shows along with Quarterly review meetings where they will be expected to be an active participant. This Role will be a remote Sales Role based from home with ≈10% travel. Qualifications What we are looking for: A Bachelor's / Master's Degree Business/Engineering or equivalent sales experience. In depth experience in eTail business through the channel (2-5 years) eg Amazon, RS Components, or similar marketplaces Understanding of e-commerce selling and platforms. Maximising sales through remote/virtual selling tools and approach. Understanding of Industrial Control and Automation is desireable but not essential.
