Position Overview


Based at our Global Headquarters in Brussels/alternative location, in order to further strengthen our global Sales team we are currently seeking an:

Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, the successful candidate for this key function will be responsible for development of industrial customers.

Key Accountabilities 主要工作內容

l Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work
l schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors. 負責開發新客戶、維繫既有客戶及推廣新商品銷售
l Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor. 觀察市場，適時調整業務銷售．
l Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers. 研究現有及潛在客戶銷售量，提案銷售策略．
l Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature. 依照產品資料庫給予策略價格提案．
l Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc. 收集市場同業之產品、價格、運送、技術等各類訊息．
l Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments. 評估銷售結果和市場發展以建議產品，服務和流程．
l Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management. 對於客訴，能夠發現問題並能解決問題．提案報告並建議管理者．
l Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops. 參加教育訓練，保持對專業和技術知識．
l Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed and payment collection. 產品示範、報價、訂單及收款事宜．

Profile 工作條件

l Colleague degree and above 大學及以上學歷
l At least 3 years sales experiences in food and related industry 至少３年食物／食材產業之業務經驗
l Business level of English communication is preferred, but not necessary. 簡易商業英文會話，非必須．
