1.Work closely with sales manager to achieve key accounts' quarterly & yearly sales targets and AR collection target;
2.Responsible for effectively carry out sales plan in products line with business strategies;
3.Identify new sales opportunity and develop new accounts;
4.Understand customers' requirements and effectively resolve customer issues;
5.Establish and maintain good relationship with customers through regular visit;
6.Design and organize seminars & workshop selling models with local partner's full involvement;
7.Continuously improve customer satisfaction by effectively developing key account plans;
8.Work with channel sales and local distributors to manage business activity & key accounts effectively and productivity;
9.Collect competitor and local market information and build customer database to further develop sales and marketing strategies for specific key accounts;
10.Work as part of the Thermo Fisher team & display qualities which will exemplify the core values of Thermo Fisher Scientific day-to-day work.
