Job Description

Based in Tokyo, Japan.

Reports to Director, Leisure Sales, Southeast Asia, South Korea & Japan.

 
Job Responsibilities
  • Direct key accounts by providing strategic direction
  • Manage annual contract & brochure process  with hotels.
  • Provide guidance and leadership to hotels relating to pricing, tacticals, and contractual terms. 
  • Manage stakeholders  and oversee all sales activities within hotels.
  • Implement strategies to drive loyalty.
  • Provide regular market intelligence & findings related to the industry.

Experience & Skills: 

  • Minimum 3 years experience in hotel industry in a similar role.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism or Hotel Management.
  • Efficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with Accor Sales Systems; LANYON, ANAIS, COGNOS, MICROSTRATEGY & DATAWEB.
  • Confident in communication, negotiation, relationship building and networking
  • Excellent presentation skills Good written and verbal communications skills in Japanese and English, knowledge of other Asian languages is a plus.
