Job Description
Based in Tokyo, Japan.
Reports to Director, Leisure Sales, Southeast Asia, South Korea & Japan.
Job Responsibilities
- Direct key accounts by providing strategic direction
- Manage annual contract & brochure process with hotels.
- Provide guidance and leadership to hotels relating to pricing, tacticals, and contractual terms.
- Manage stakeholders and oversee all sales activities within hotels.
- Implement strategies to drive loyalty.
- Provide regular market intelligence & findings related to the industry.
Experience & Skills:
- Minimum 3 years experience in hotel industry in a similar role.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism or Hotel Management.
- Efficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with Accor Sales Systems; LANYON, ANAIS, COGNOS, MICROSTRATEGY & DATAWEB.
- Confident in communication, negotiation, relationship building and networking
- Excellent presentation skills Good written and verbal communications skills in Japanese and English, knowledge of other Asian languages is a plus.
