Key Account Manager Leisure Vietnam

 

  • This position is responsible for managing Accor’s Strategic Leisure Accounts across Vietnam to drive top line revenue across FIT and Leisure Group segments for our portfolio of hotels in Vietnam

    What you will be doing:
  • Manage and Direct Key Accounts assigned to drive top line revenue. Provide strategic direction to hotels on key accounts.
  • Manage the annual leisure contracting and brochuring process with Hotels. Providing guidance and leadership to hotels on pricing, tacticals, and contractual terms.
  • Manage all key stakeholder relationships with the assigned portfolio accounts
  • Oversee all sales related activities with Hotels and Key Accounts from Sales calls, Presentations, industry events and tradeshows.    
  • Prospect and foster new business opportunities with Accounts
  • Access opportunity to switch and grow Leisure Business static FIT to Dynamic platform leveraging infinite or other connectivity solutions.
  • Produce Account Performance Reporting, Brochure analysis, Override/Preferred Partnership analysis and Pricing integrity report
  • Provide regular market intelligence and findings related to the industry. 
  • Development and Implementation of Strategic Sales & Marketing Strategies to drive loyalty and top line revenue. 
  • Forward thinking development and execution of strategies to drive profitable business results.  
  • Participate in the preparation of the Strategic Business and Operating Plans. 
  • Manage and align advertising opportunities and spend

    Your experience and skills include:
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in the hotel industry in a similar role with sound understanding of Hotel operations, sales, marketing and distribution ecosystem 
  • University Graduate in Tourism or Hotel Management preferred but not essential
  • Technical knowledge and experience using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint and Internal Accor Sales systems - LANYON, ANAIS, COGNOS, MICROSTRATEGY, DATAWEB
  • Good communication skills, written and verbal, in Vietnamese, English essential. Knowledge of other Asian languages is a plus.
