This role can be based in Slough, UK. PRIMARY FUNCTION: To plan, manage and grow the sales within the electrical wholesale channel key accounts and within geographical territory. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Define & execute structured and measurable key account sales plans for your own accounts nationally - "Managed Accounts" Develop and maintain a high, deep & wide network of customer stakeholders throughout the entire customer organisation. Support the locations in your geographical territory for the "Managed Accounts" of your peers - your "Coordinated Accounts" Maximise activities to deliver profitable growth and the strategic goals of the UK&I CSO and wider Eaton. Achieve your sales and margin targets Optimise product basket purchased by customers to deliver greatest value to Eaton Measure customer satisfaction and working with the wider Eaton team find/implement solutions to problems Maximise price and ensure all pricing is properly implemented and in line with the Eaton pricing policy Actively support cash collection to minimise "past dues" and debit notes Carry out regular business reviews with your key account customers using the PAP plan & other Eaton tools Be active in the wider Eaton team by encouraging and developing cross selling opportunities across the CSO Increase sales effectiveness and efficiency utilising sales enablement fully inc, Sales Hub, C360, Bid Manager etc. Qualifications What we are looking for: Proven sales performer Product & market knowledge , IT competencies, CRM user Interpersonal, presentation, communication skills, resilient, driven to succeed What we offer: At Eaton, we aspire to be a model of inclusion and diversity in our industry—a place where everyone matters and everyone belongs.
