Job Description

JOB PURPOSE
  • Takeover the Oil and Gas development in China for BOLLORé
  • Build a comprehensive offer to propose to the network and customers
  • Develop the Oil & Gas team on the perimeter assigned
KEY JOB FUNCTIONS
  • Develop the Oil and Gas portfolio in China, for existing customers (corporate, regional, local)
  • Acquisition of new accounts in China, in coordination with the network (Aspac, US, Europe, Africa)
  • Collaborate with the local and regional operations’ teams when needed
· Coordinate and lead sales actions with the network when needed: in China as well as with the network · Follow up and support the finance and account team on the DSO of the customers Area of responsibility
  • China, requesting regular trip on the BOLLORé network in China as well as overseas when requested
MAJOR CHALLENGES
  • Have a proper coordination with the operations teams, as well as being recognized as an expert in the said Industry by the customers.
. BASIC SKILL LEVEL REQUIREMENTS
  • Master’s degree or equivalent;
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in 3 PL industry with significant knowledge of the Oil and Gas sector;
  • Proficient in Mandarin or Chinese Native. Bilingual English;
  • Must be able to work independently and as well as a team player.
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Goal oriented individual, motivated self-starter with excellent organizational skills and ability to multi tasks
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Must have Good verbal and written communications skills.
  • Must have a natural excellence in communication
  • Strong experience in sales in 3PL industry
  • Significant experience in dealing with multi-cultural contacts and high level decision makers
