Job Description

職務說明 / Key Responsibilities

  • Strategically develop and improve
relationships with key customers and their vendors
  • Proactively anticipate customer’s needs and
provide corresponding solutions or proposal offerings across various services,
including but not limited to DC, transportation, freight forwarding
services
  • Support strategic initiatives and project
implementations for the assigned accounts
  • Regularly conduct and lead performance
review with the customers
  • Develop and monitor KPI on a regular basis;
coordinate with other regions in Asia
  • Drive the RFQ and work closely with
operations and solution functions
  • Able to work under pressure and solve
problems independently


需求條件 / Key Requirements

• Min. 5-8 years’ relevant experience in Contract Logistics / Distribution Center Operations / Supply Chain Management • Integrated knowledge in contract logistics, distribution center operations and solid experience in Project Implementation • Good command in written and spoken English • Analytical, numeric sensitive, customer focus, proactive and keen to drive changes • Sound negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills • Experience in operations/ key account management
