This will be achieved by driving innovative science, delivering key launches, building close collaboration and partnerships with stakeholders in health care systems, and developing high-performing teams.
To achieve our ambitions, we are expanding our team and are looking for a Key Account Manager covering East Finland. This is a permanent and field-based, customer-facing role responsible for sales and customers in that region. Your preferred location of residence is Kuopio or Jyväskylä.
The role
In the role as Key Account Manager Respiratory, you will contribute to AstraZeneca’s strong Respiratory franchise, one of our key growth platforms. Our portfolio includes several key products and our offering is the broadest in the market. We will continue to launch new products in the near future.
You will have responsibility for the performance of your products in the district East Finland. In that role, you identify, create and develop mutual and long-term business relationships with key customers. This includes driving sales and meetings towards various stakeholders’ e.g. GPs, Nurses, Specialists and Key Experts in the region. Your approach is to organize the right activities for the right customer within the right accounts. All targeted customer activities are implemented according to strategy and Ethical Interaction policy.
Internally, you will assist leadership with ongoing training within the sales organization on Therapeutical Area, Product knowledge and Selling Skills. As a team, we values close collaboration in order to reach a high regional “share of voice” delivered by initiating and pursuing joint projects.
In order to succeed in this role you have
We are looking for an individual with solid experience from primary and specialty care. It is a strong advantage to have demonstrated sales experience from Pharma Industry – 2-4 years with relevant experience as a sales representative. Respiratory knowledge is a benefit.
You must have persuasive communication skills adaptable to diverse stakeholders and work situations. We expect you to be proficient in both written and spoken English and Finnish. In this role you will make use of your good understanding of the ethical code and compliance requirements, culminating in a certification
This position requires a Driver’s license as well as the ability and willingness to travel within the region and according to project needs.
