Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for planning, initiating, coordinating and executing promotional programs with aim at maximizing sales for assigned key account (Mainly supermarket chain) to achieve business objectives
- Build and maintain rapport and good relationships with key accounts
- Plan, manage and control trade spending and promotion funds
- Involved in trading terms negotiation, daily operations and promotional programs consolidation
- Work closely with Merchandising & Marketing Team and clients for sales and promotion plan of assigned key account
- Perform ad-hoc duties as required to business needs
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in any discipline, preferably in Business / Marketing discipline or equivalent
- At least 5 years’ experience in in FMCG / food industry / key accounts / buying, desirably with 1-2 years managerial experience
- Good command in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proficient in computer skills, including MS Word, Excel & Powerpoint
- With sound analytical and strategic mindset
- Excellent people management and negotiation skill
- Immediate available is highly preferred.
