Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage assigned key accounts for key brands including Ella’s Kitchen and Earth’s Best.
- Work out key account strategies, plan and implement trade promotions to achieve sales targets.
- To assist in Brand Development including: Market Research, New Product in the market, Trade Marketing Initiatives and Marketing Campaigns.
- Develop and maintain good customer relationship to ensure the smooth execution of the sales plan
- Manage sales forecasting and ensure optimum stock supply with Supply Chain
- Develop potential accounts and acquire new sales channels
- Maximizing company's profit through sales management and business model enhancement
Requirements
- Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines
- At least 5 years of key account management experience in FMCG industry. Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Key Account Manager
- Experience in E-commerce would be an advantage
- Good interpersonal, organizing and communication skills
- Highly motivated, detail-minded, multi-tasking and result-driven
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin
