The Role 

We are looking for an exceptional Key Account Manager to join our Digital Team. This is an important and exciting role in our business, in which the successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales through the Digital and Pet Specialty channel.

Reporting to the Business Acceleration Manager, you will primarily be responsible for:

• Builds and maintains strong and effective relationships with key customers & distributors
• Plans and executes category/customer and account strategy and plans
• Full responsibility for the Pet Specialty & eCommerce Pureplay P&L and implementation of the activity plan
• Meets with customers to present activity, review performance, gain insight into competitor activity and explore opportunities for mutual benefit, including sales and margin improvement
• Supporting supply chain efficiency with reliable and robust forecasting
• Develops robust promotional plans, communicates plan to the sales team to execute activity, reviews promotional activity against plans
• Execution of global best in class eCommerce strategies and online fundamentals with key customers, including the Perfect Digital Store and Perfect Digital Activation programmes.

What you will have:

• FMCG, Customer durables/Lifestyle or B2B experience preferred
• Familiarity with the requirements of successful eCommerce retailer strategy and execution
• Cross-functional team facilitation and stakeholder management
• Committed to self-development and can demonstrate a willingness to operate outside of your comfort zone with an entrepreneurial spirit
• Excellent time management skills
