looking for an experienced Account Manager to join the Benelux team and take
ownership of the overall sales of Lenovo-branded Notebook, Desktop, All-In-
One, Tablet and Monitor products within the assigned key retail partners in
the Netherlands.
Your detailed responsibilities are:
•You plan and maintain strong and profitable product portfolio on assigned
retail partners based on the product portfolio for each fiscal quarter;
•You are developing the business strategy and have end to end ownership and
accountability for the sales process. You track sales-in and sales-out
reporting, inventory management and analysis of our KPI’s;
•You create and execute retail account plans;
•You manage the product lifecycle within our retail partners to assure product
availability as well as transitioning to new product series;
•You establish a strong collaboration with all local and regional functions
(e.g. Product Marketing, Marketing, Finance) that are critical for the
achievement of goals;
•You are continuously collaborating with retail partners on multiple
organizational levels in order to build mutually beneficial relationships;
•You analyze & understand GFK market data and retailer partner sales data in
order to anticipate trends, potential issues and to asses opportunities;
You will report to our Consumer Leader Benelux and will support retailers in
the Netherlands. The performance measurements are directly tied to key P&L
metrics of the assigned accounts. This includes revenue, margin, average
selling price and in-house share.
#### Position Requirements:
•Previous retail sales experience within the consumer electronics/ IT
industry;
•Understanding the retail partner’s business to effectively perform account
management in order to achieve mutual business goals;
•Ability to develop and implement a comprehensive retail sales strategy
including knowledge of promotional marketing processes and practices;
•Business planning skills as well as financial planning skills in order to
create weekly reporting.
•Professional fluency in English and Dutch
