Position Description: Would you like to manage and develop our sales activities in the Netherlands? Can you help us find & close the right business opportunities? Our team in the Netherlands is excited to hire a new Account Manager to take care of our Motorola smartphone business. You will ensure a smooth execution of the customer strategic plan, utilize both dedicated and shared resources in sales, marketing, product, customer service and finance. You will report to our General Manager, who is based in the Netherlands as well. What will be your tasks once you join our team? • Seek out, identify, develop and close business opportunities with the open market in the Netherlands, including retailers and etailers • Management of partners to deliver the company Go-To-Market strategy, you will grow the key partner opportunities • Build strong, influential and collaborative business relationships with the partners management teams • Range new Motorola products in the defined partner channels and in line with the Motorola strategy • Deliver financial sales targets, including unit sales, revenue and profit, sell-through and sell-out targets defined at channel’s level • Generate demand through trade and marketing support in the definition and implementation of Motorola products in the partner’s point of sales and online • Responsible for defining the accuracy of sales forecast and manage the product inventories with the partners, you will also monitor Stock-in-Channels and Replenishment orders with Collaborative, Planning, Forecasting and Replenishment processes #### Position Requirements: What do we expect from you? • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales or other relevant degree • 5-7 years of experience in the Mobile/Smartphone industry or online player, in B2C • You can build relationships, influence and manage internal and external stakeholders, up to C-Level contacts • You know how to negotiate and present products to win for us the best deals • For your sales presentations you will need good communication skills – therefore fluency in Dutch and English is needed • Business planning and financial modeling experience will help you get your job done as well • Good Excel & PowerPoint knowledge • Experience with another Vendor, Retailer or Etailer will be a plus for you but not mandatory Mostly importantly, you enjoy what you do!
