Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve project and dealer sales target. 达成项目和经销商销售额指标
• Achieve sales net work and brand promotion target in second city. 达成二级城市销售网络建设及品牌推广指标

• Develop and manage area dealers in the region.开发及管理本区域内区域经销商

• Pursue key project’s (landmark) sales of lighting control system, dimming and non-dimming ballast，LED product. 追踪达成灯控系统与调光及非调光镇流器,LED产品的关键项目销售额

• Pursue key area dealer’s sales of lighting control system, dimming and non-dimming ballast，LED product. 追踪达成灯控系统与调光及非调光镇流器,LED产品的关键经销商销售额

• Provide total lighting control and gear, LED products solution, before-sales and after-sales service and consultant to business partners (key area dealer and key OEM). 向商业伙伴（主要区域经销商和主要OEM厂家）提供整套系统灯控与镇流器,LED产品的解决方案，及其售前及售后服务及咨询

• Build up and keep close relationship specifies and business partners, such as electrical consultant, interior designer, lighting consultant and lighting integrators. 建立并维持与照明项目主要客户的良好关系，如电气顾问，室内设计师，照明顾问和照明系统集成商

• Organize trainings to internal/external customers, and make product & technology presentation in conferences and seminars. 组织对内部与外部客户的培训并在公司会议及研讨会上准备产品及技术介绍

• Operationally report to regional manager or project sales manager向区域经理或项目销售经理汇报

• Based in Shanghai with frequent business travel in the region of China 常驻/上海，经常性商务出差于负责的销售地区

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree, major in E &E engineer, IT or related discipline 学士学历，电子电气工程师，计算机或相关专业
• Minimum 5 year experience as sales/application engineer/representative in lighting project sales, and with good sales track record 5年以上的照明行业销售或应用工程师或代表工作经验，具有照明设计工作经验并保持优秀的销售追踪纪录
• Team player, honest, with enthusiasm to achieve business success 适应团队工作，诚实，有工作激情
• Good communication and interpersonal skill 良好的人际沟通技能
• Good command in read and write in the commercial English良好的商务英语口语及写作能力
• Good command in AutoCad, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook 良好的电脑文书处理能力
