Eaton strive to grow our market share in the Power distribution channel, through affective leadership and structured focus on National Accounts / Buying Groups. As a Key Account Manager – West Midlands / UK, you need to clearly understand the customer challenges, enhance relationships, provide support and guidance. You will also have a strong skill set in reporting, data analysing and strategic growth planning. Demonstrate collaborative working across business units, mapping and delivering a mutual business growth plan. Your main responsibilities: • Define & execute structured and measurable key account sales plans for Buying groups • Develop and maintain a high, deep & wide network of customer stakeholders throughout the entire customer organisation. • Support identified key branches • Plan and deliver marketing initiatives • Maximise activities to deliver profitable growth and the strategic goals of the UK&I CSO. • Achieve your sales and margin targets • Sales reporting • Optimise use of the the Eaton Order centre • Measure customer satisfaction and working with the wider Eaton team find/implement solutions to problems • Maximise price and ensure all pricing is properly implemented and in line with the Eaton pricing policy • Carry out regular business reviews with your key account customers, ensuring continued alignment to the Eaton strategic goal. • Drive activity in the wider Eaton team by encouraging and developing cross selling opportunities across the CSO • Increase sales effectiveness and efficiency utilising Eaton tools, Sales Hub, C360, Bid Manager Qualifications Your essential skills we are looking for: • Sales related education - experience in National Accounts • Must be able to have a proven sales performer • Excellent product & market knowledge • Strong communication skills • Must be able to have wholesale experience • Being a strong CRM user • IT competency • Familiar with using quotation tools • Having analytical skills & Reporting • Driven to deliver robust sales results • Resiliency • A perspective which is customer focused • Having a digital mindset • Having strategic planning skills • Being a collaborative player What we offer to you: • Permanent contract in a fast-growing global company • Challenging projects in dynamic collaborative team • Flexible working solutions (home office, remote, flexible working hours, part time etc.) • We make your voice matter - we value safety and trust.
