Who You’ll Work With:
We manufacture one of the world’s most extensive portfolios of connected
products, including: PCs (ThinkPad, Yoga, Lenovo Legion), tablets, smartphones
and workstations; as well as augmented and virtual reality (ThinkReality),
smart home office solutions, software and services.
In this role you will be supporting our Intelligent Device Group (IDG). The
IDG at Lenovo houses our PC and Smart Devices. We combine investment in high-
growth segments (workstations, gaming, visuals, thin and light devices) with
new innovation in the smart device categories and continue to explore new
opportunities across AR/VR, artificial intelligence (AI), Internet of Things
(IoT), security and as-a-service solutions.

As a Senior Sales Manager, you will lead a team of Account Executives and will
collaborate across specialty organizations (WS, Services, Visuals, Smart
Office, Data Centre).
What You’ll Do
This position will be responsible for leading a sales team to develop and
execute on an aggressive customer acquisition strategy for Lenovo's large
enterprise key accounts across Canada. The ideal candidate has proven success
building trusted relationships across all levels internally as well as
externally within the large corporate and public sector space. Under your
leadership, you will inspire a national team throughout the region through
innovative coaching and development with focus on managing and acquiring new
account relationships and delivering on aggressive sales objectives selling
Lenovo's total portfolio including; PC, mobile devices, workstations, software
and services. This position is responsible for overall coverage and go-to-
market strategy, coaching the sales team, creative thinking and problem
solving, deal management and providing thought leadership with our business
and alliance partner community.
Motivating team performance is a key responsibility of this role. The
successful candidate will have proven ability using a structured business
management system to run a high-performance sales team to deliver on all
business objectives.

The position will be home based with 50% travel across North America.
#### Position Requirements:
\- 7-10 years of successful technology sales is required
\- 3+ years of demonstrated success as a Sales leader managing sales
professionals
\- PC Hardware and Solutions industry background is required
\- Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrated team
building, leadership, and the ability to manage multiple complex sales
engagements
\- Superior customer engagement skills with a strong focus on new business
development
\- Excellent presentation skills
\- Strong Deal Management and Negotiation skills
\- Strong knowledge and established relationships with large enterprise
customers in the territory is preferred
\- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required
\- Bilingualism in French and English, both written and verbal is preferred
