eCommerce Key Account Executive , CDMX.

 

By being a key player in the transformation of eCommerce business through different partners, this position is responsible for the development and implementation of the long and short term strategies to deliver profitable growth. This role will be accountable for annual NSV strategic targets within an assigned budget and driving the growth of the assigned accounts.

 

The eCommerce Key Account Executive is responsible for achievement of overall sales/profit and KPI goals for the Royal Canin & Eukanuba business for PETSHOPS via direct account management.

 

 

What are we looking for? 

 

  • Professional Degree in Business, Administration or equivalent.

  • 2+ years of  eCommerce experience, (Pure players, marketplaces, B2C)

  • 2+ years of experience in Sales/ Trade experience working with multi- functional teams for Fast Moving Consumer Good Industries.

  • Strong communication skills, and ability to motivate & engage others to build strong relationships.

  • They must be skilled with turning insights into opportunities and influencing internal & external customers

  • Account Managing experience is a nice to have

  • Committed to self-development and willingness to operate outside of his/her comfort zone with an entrepreneurial spirit.
     
     
     What would be your key responsibilities? 
     

  • Full responsibility for the eCommerce channel for PETSHOPS assigned scorecard targets - GSV, NSV, Share, P&L, Retailer and Mars KPIs

  • Trade Terms development & implementation for every online customer.

  • Implementation of the activity plan, including but not limited to managing online sales plans and execution, brand and corporately developed sales & marketing programs (Perfect Digital Store) on each site, coordination of digital marketing campaigns and best in class product presentation with eCommerce Trade Content & e-Merchandising managers.

  • Develop account plans & tactics that include volume forecast, resource allocation and profitability objectives to ensure the realization of account strategies and objectives.

  • Deliver agreed targets for key eCommerce customers and lead processes and ways of working to ensure full alignment with the overall business goals. Ensure strong collaboration with Sales leader and sales team to develop sustainable and compliant customer programs.

  • Provide continuous feedback to improve current internal / external collaborative planning processes with the goal of achieving a "Best in Class" partnership with the Accounts

  • Managing assigned promotion and fixed cost budgets to deliver sales and activity plans within the budget.

  • Cultivates effective multi-level and multi-functional customer relationships, building customer equity and driving improved customer satisfaction, and business performance.

  • First point of contact for customer´s development and leadership. Contact and influence at Buying Manager level to develop strong sustainable relationships.

  • Identify business opportunities with account specific consumer/shopper insights and trends with the goal of enhancing account marketing and portfolio improvements

  • Focus metrics and accountabilities on supply chain effectiveness and efficiencies with the goal of relentlessly driving out waste and costs.

  • Leads all cross-functional resources to meet the objectives of both the internal and external stakeholders.

  • Actively manage and track competitive intelligence within the account and channel.
