Job Description

Accomplish hospital listing target and other KPIs for the area and develop detailed customer plans. Targeting of high potential hospitals/non-physician key administrators in responsible area, and accompanied Hospital listing target KA platform building, activities designing and planning. Including hospital management programs and hospital internal training and education programs. Maintain close relationship with KOLs and network to achieve strategic objectives. Regular detailing targeting customers to deliver Amgen key messages related with brands, important events & sound new molecular development/clinical research/pipeline etc. Working closely with FF to work out realistic tactic plans in case of specific access issues in specific hospitals. Unlock or expand hospital access issues through effective implementation of daily calls, KA programs, marketing activities and specific programs. Hospital listings/hospital bidding assistance/Hospital RDL execution barriers are the key tasks to support business. Collect important information related with key competitors/hospital policy/hospital actions on access perspective and share with all related functions. Communicate with sales to understand what the access barriers are & relative actions must be taken with support from other resources. Provide routine visits to key stakeholders in health management, governments and hospitals, especially hospital director & Pharmacy head. Build/update data-base of key stakeholders in hospitals, and monthly report to RKA.
